My prayer is that every individual alive at this time and place will trust and know the Beings of light, life, and love to guide them to find that inner place of peace within and that this inner peace will permeate throughout the planet and bring peace to all peoples of all colors and all nations.
During my morning prayer time, I call on all the Beings of light, life, and love whom I know. These beings consist of my angel team, my guides, my spiritual teachers, and my masters, as well as all angels, all ascended masters, and all unseen beings that vibrate with love. Basically, I call on all that is love and all that is Spirit and I ask them to help all of humanity to trust them. I ask them to help all of humanity to be guided by them. I ask them to bring all of humanity to find each individual’s place of inner peace. And then I take it one step further and I ask that each individual’s place of inner peace will permeate throughout the planet.
Last week, a mob of angry people stormed the United States Capital building and made a mockery of our political system and government. I watched as these ignorant, angry, and misinformed people destroyed property and appeared quite self-righteous in their actions. I finally turned the television off, and I found my inner feelings in a place of disgust, anger and hatred towards them and what they represented and what they were doing.
As I felt my rage and angry feelings grow, I realized the only difference between the people I saw storming the capital and my own thoughts was they were acting on their beliefs and I was not. My own emotions were the same as theirs. My own inner rage was as their destructive as their actions. My feelings and my thoughts were sending out vibrations that were negatively affecting the world and humanity’s inner consciousness just as much as their actions were affecting the humanness of life on this planet. I was no better than they were.
Then I remembered my morning prayer. That I am asking all Beings of light, life and love to hep all humanity find inner peace, find the ability to forgive all grievances done against themselves, against family, friends, work, governments and the unfairness that life often appears to be. I ask humanity’s inner consciousness to please trust the Beings of light, life and love so that they can guide each individual to find their place of inner peace.
World peace will never occur until each individual is in a state of peace where they feel no sense of lack, no fear, forgiveness for all, and no anger. World peace will never occur until each individual realizes and understands that there is a vibrancy and a more shared place of consciousness that transcends beyond all that humanity perceives with our physical senses. World peace will not occur until each individual trusts and calls on the Divine Source of all love to provide all that is necessary for a peace filled and loving place of existence for each individual’s being.
Once each individual allows their inner thoughts to be filled with peace, then, and only then can true peace permeate throughout the planet.
And so I will continue to pray that all of humanity will trust and know their Beings of light, life and light to guide them to a place of inner peace. And I will continue to work daily, hourly, and moment by moment on my own sense of inner peace so that at all times, I have it.

Live your life consciously and mindfully
Live your life consciously and mindfully so that because of you the world is a better place.
At the end of the day, may you live your life consciously and mindfully so that:
• Someone you care about does not have a hurt feeling or a broken heart because of something you said, you did or did not do.
• No one must work harder because of what did or did not do.
• No one is poorer because you made choices based on greed or self-gluttony
• No one, especially someone you care about is struggling to maintain a sense of self esteem because your actions were dismissive or rude.
• The earth is cleaner because you made choices that used less fuel consumption, healthier and more sustainable eating choices and utilized resources wiser.
May you live your life consciously and mindfully so that all those you encounter are better off simply because your actions made them that way.
I Love My Body
I love my body.
I take good care of her.
I allow my brain to make educated choices of what to eat because what I ingest is important. My food becomes my fuel. My fuel is what gives my body the strength and energy to optimize my day.
I love my body. I ingest supplements that help this intricate, amazing, miraculous machine run efficiently. As directed by my Naturopath, I know that my body is getting the herbs, and vitamins she needs to help her eliminate toxins and keep my skeletal, muscular and vascular structure strong, viable and optimal.
I love my body. I honor the sleep she needs. I exercise her with walking, hiking and biking. I strengthen her with weight routines, and I keep her limber and stretched by making time to do yoga.
I love my body’s largest organ which is my skin. I wouldn’t eat most of the ingredients in most commercial lotions so why would I put it on my skin? I take care in what I purchase, use and consume.
I love my body. She is the temple of my soul. She is what allows me to feel the sunshine, listen to the river and rain, enjoy the beauty of a sunset, the laughter of the smell of a rose, the song of a bird, the touch of a kitten, the feeling of humbleness when I remember the vastness, the strength, the force of all the elements on this planet and that I am a part of.
I love my body. She and I make a wonderful team. I am blessed! How about you?
You are a perfect being of Divine Light and Love.
You are a perfect being of Divine Light and Love.
Our bodies are comprised of trillions of cells all working together to allow us to move, breathe, think, do and live. Each cell is alive and given life through the same source of energy and infinite love that creates planets, stars, universes and worlds. Our bodies are an amazing work of energy, matter and life source.
Mind, body and spirit come together within each of us which allows us to have thousands of thoughts per day and make hundreds of choices per hour as we each live our daily lives. Lives consist of relationships, work, recreation, maintaining our bodies and oh so much more!
When we view our bodies and our lives through the eyes of humans, we see the mistakes we make and the good and bad choices we do. We create our own reality in the way we each manage the perpetual inner thought language that keeps our lives positive, negative and or productive within our work, friends, families and world communities.
When I quit my Corporate job and became an “at-home” mom, I struggled with the fact I did not have a paying job and consequently did not make any money. I felt, according to society’s view of my life, I was a negative which was also reinforced by the fact I was a volunteer which could have been construed as I was doing a job that someone could have been paid for and I was causing the Nation’s gross domestic product value to go down. When these types of thoughts dominated my inner thought language, my sense of worth really struggled.
When we view ourselves and place our self-worth on human standards, we set ourselves up to fail. We will be judged. We will be criticized. We will make mistakes. Our ability to have free will can and will get us into trouble and cause negativity and imperfections in our lives.
When we view ourselves from the powers that created us; The God, Goddess, Creator Gaia, Infinite Source of Love and Light, whatever you want to call it, we are not seen as the imperfect humans that we are, we are viewed as the perfect beings of divine light and love that our Creator knows and sees. The source of infinite life and love does not know of the mistakes we’ve made, the value we’ve placed on ourselves, nor the human standards that we operate from. The infinite source of love and light sees only our spirit, our soul, our life energetic force and to these eyes, we are perfect.
Remember, you are perfect being of divine light and love. View yourself and others as such. Release the judgments and humankind’s way of placing value and see yourself from the eyes of infinite love. Our bodies are temporary. Our souls are not. Which is more important?
My understanding of Suicide
It is coming up to the year anniversary of the death of a beloved family member who committed suicide and here is my understanding of what suicide is and does based on meditations and messages provided to me from Spirit.
Suicide is brought on by a thought and brain body that has become horribly imbalanced and unlike sickness or cancer there are no visible symptoms that lets loved ones know there is a problem.
The victim of suicide’s brain has become so imbalanced and has gone to such a painful and pain filled place that it cannot turn around nor away from its own demise.
The person who commits suicide is a victim of a horrendous disease that is like no other. There are no visible symptoms. There’s no lab tests that confirms what the disease is. There’s no lumps that appear to make one take notice of a illness. Often, there’s nothing until it’s too late.
When a soul passes into the world of Spirit due to suicide, this soul is held more gently, treated with more dignity, and regarded more kindly and loved more unconditionally than other souls who have died of different causes.
The victim of suicide’s soul is gently wrapped by the Angel’s arms. The demons known only to the suicide victim at the end of his or her pain filled life are completely removed and this soul now finally knows peace. This peace permeates this soul’s energy and this soul now knows more firmly the unconditional love of God and is embraced and held lovingly and gently.
The loved ones of the victim of suicide cannot blame themselves. They must move forward knowing the victim of suicide’s death was caused by dis-ease. The death was caused by a thought body and brain that couldn’t fight the pain any longer. The victim of suicide surrendered to a higher power.
The victim of suicide’s physical and emotional body couldn’t fight the battle any longer. He or she had no choice but to surrender and give their spiritual bodies back to God. There is no blame or shame in this. This is all part of the imperfect world we live in, and one of the magnificent and horrible outcomes of human’s ability to have and choose free-will.
To those who have lost a loved one due to suicide, please remember that if the angels knew what envy was, they would envy us humans and our ability to choose life or death.
The angels can and do see the torment of a suicide victim’s final hours. They can and do embrace this soul wholly and completely. And the angels will stand more firmly and lovingly with you as you grieve the loss of your loved one. Remember this and try, again and again to live your life knowing your loved one is well taken care of, well loved, and you can and will see him or her again.
Fight for peace. Be peace. Offer Peace. Choose peace. Find peace. Proclaim peace. Know Peace.
Fight for peace. Be peace. Offer Peace. Choose peace. Find peace. Proclaim peace. Know Peace. Please.
During a meditation, I had the humbling experience of being visited by beings who gave me their perspective on peace. Below is what they said.
Siva, the ancient Hindu warrior, destroyer God told me to “fight for peace”. Evil is destroyed as peace makes its way.
Buddha, who’s comprehension of what life is astounds me said to “choose peace”.
Mother Mary, the queen of angels, whose essence and energy calms, nurtures and inspires me said “She is peace”.
Jesus, the Christian figurehead who spoke up against the religious leaders of the time, pursued equality among all peoples, races, classes and lived for human righteousness told me to “be peace.”
White Buffalo Calf Woman, the prophetess of the Lakota Native Americans told me to “offer Peace”. Be quick to forgive, the first to offer an apology and have compassion for oneself and one another.
Arch Angel Gabriel, whose messages assisted ancient Abrahamic prophets, proclaimed the life of Jesus to Mother Mary, announced with multitudes of angels the message of peace on earth and assisted Mohammad with the writing of the Koran told me to “proclaim and live the message of peace on earth”.
Arch Angel Ariel, the queen of fairies, told me that “nature is peace”. Go outside! Feel the peace of the trees, the flowers, the fresh air, the beauty of the blue sky, and know that peace exists all around you.
My stillborn son, Zachary James who often provides joy to me in my meditative state said to tell everyone to “Peace out dude”.
Finally, today on the day I decided to write my Peace Blog, one of my favorite soon to be authors, Julie Rankin, gave the advice to “find peace”. Surrender to this moment, and to this moment alone. Forget about yesterday and tomorrow. Find peace as it exists only when you live in the moment.
When you are in a peaceful state, you elevate the energy of yourself, the ones around you, the earth and the universe. Please, fight for, choose, be, offer, proclaim, know, find and remember to just peace out dude. You will make the world a better place! And thank you!

Life can be sucky. Don’t let the sucky parts of life suck the life out of you.
Currently, my life is sucky. I am trying very hard to not let this sucky time suck the life out of me.
I have been polluted with the drama of others.
I have had other’s negative energy permeate into my body, my heart, my life, my mind, my soul. It is hard for me to let go of the injustices that have happened to me.
It is currently very difficult, if not impossible for me to be centered and living in the moment of love, light and Spirit. I am in a painful and tough time of life and until the drama, hurtful words, experiences, lessons learned, and grief can be unpacked and placed where it belongs, I am stuck.
Often, as life unfolds, we humans get stuck. It’s almost impossible to avoid drama, misunderstanding, painful, uncomfortable, and confrontational situations. The question is; what do we do when it happens? What do we do when we’re stuck?
The situations, the drama, for lack of a better term, “it” all needs to get resolved. It needs to get talked about. Errors need to be accounted for and owned. Misunderstandings need to be heard, perceived, and another’s perspective must be listened to. Apologies need to be made. Future behaviors need to be modified so that additional, unintended hurts do not happen again.
Take and make the time to resolve it.
No matter if it’s a friend, a co-worker, a colleague, or a family member. Make the time and take the energy to amend the hurt. Talk, listen, understand, heal and mend.
Spirit and the Universe already have your back on this one! Have faith that the Angels, Ascended Masters and your Guides are already working for you and making all this work out for good.
Life can be sucky. And sucky situations can suck the life out of you. Make the time and effort so that this doesn’t happen to you. Make the time to talk, listen, understand, mend and forgive. Most likely, for all of your life, you will need to repeat this over and over and over and over again. Make and take the time. It’s worth it!
